WHAT ARTICLES CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE?
Only articles we have on stock can be ordered. This ensures a short delivery time for you. If an article you selected cannot be ordered please send a product request via the contact form.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
For non sterile articles you can select up to 4 packaging units (Trays). Sterile articles are packed in a Single Parcel Delivery Box that consists out of 6 packaging units (Tubs). You can select up to 3 boxes for each sterile article per order. A Fast Track Kit consists out of one Box with suitable components. You can select up to 3 Kits for each article per order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can choose between advanced payment, 30 days net and Creditcard via Payeezy.
All advanced payments must be made within two weeks from receipt of the pro-forma invoice. For details see here our Terms & Conditions.

WHO CAN REGISTER AND ORDER ONLINE?
Currently commercial customers from Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and USA, can register themselves and order online. If your country is not listed yet, please send your request via the contact form and our sales colleague will get back to you.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER TODAY?
If you register yourself prior to your first order, we can shorten the lead time of your order. Each registration will be checked for accuracy and may take up some time.

HOW DO I REGISTER?
Click here to use our registration form. You will be able to log in immediately. If you are already a SCHOTT Pharma customer, please enter your customer number as well.

HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
You find a link to reset your password in the Log In area. Enter your username and you will recieve a link to reset your password within 24 hours. If you have not changed your username, it will equal your e-mail address.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL OR COMPANY DATA?
Login with your username and password. The My Account area offers the option to change your personal data or the company data. The change request will be reviewed and may take some time to be visable for you.

HOW CAN I SEE MY ORDER STATUS?
Login with your username and password. The My Account area offers the option to display your order history. You can see all orders placed from your company and their status, online and offline.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel your order prior to shipment. Therefore we need your cancellation in writing via e-mail or contact form.

HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?
Click here to open the Search Page. Filters will help you to narrow your search.

WILL MY SHOPPING CART BE SAVED, IF I LOG OUT?
Yes. The shopping cart saves the articles you selected, even after logging out. Please be aware that some of the articles you have selected could sell out while you are logged out.

HOW CAN I QUICKLY GO BACK TO THE HOMEPAGE?
Clicking on the SCHOTT Pharma logo in the top left corner will always bring you back to the main menu.

WHAT BROWSERS ARE SUPPORTED BY THE ONLINE SHOP?
The Online Shop can run with all known browsers for desktop and mobile devices. However, you may experience display problems when using some older browsers. The Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS


HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For delivery within USA, Canada, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore, we charge a flat shipping fee per order. The flat rate for shipping is shown in the check out.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You need to be a registered customer in order to get the pro-forma invoice, that equals the order confirmation (see Terms & Conditions for details). That might take up to 7 days for your first order. For every other order you will receive the pro-forma invoice within 3 days.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
After clicking on “Submit Your Order” you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If it is your first order please be aware that we first need to process your customer registration. Therefore it might take a little bit longer until you receipt your pro-forma invoice. Once the payment is made we will ship the goods within two weeks.

For all other payment options, we ship the goods within two weeks after receiving the order and have you registered in our system. Please excuse a different delivery time during the holiday season.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once we posted the goods you can find a tracking link to your shipment in the order history.

CAN I RETURN MY GOODS?
Unfortunately you cannot send back the goods. If you have a complaint to your order, please get in touch via e-mail or contact form. We are more than happy to help you.
